Cognata is at the forefront of the explosive growth of the autonomous vehicle industry – fusing Deep Neural Networks, Big Data algorithms, and 3D Simulation to succeed in a massive undertaking – support the full product life cycle of developing Autonomous Vehicles, to be rolled out in the real world, after being rigorously tested in billions of miles of simulated driving.

 

We’re looking for a highly talented Director of Customer Success to join our vibrant team and drive the successful use and adoption of Cognata’s platform. Responsibilities include creating a strong framework of practices for developing customer relationships that promote adoption and ease of use. All these while maintaining and contributing to our strong start-up can-do culture.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish Customer Support Practices that optimize the customer experience.
  • Provide Technical and Product Support
  • Pre-Sales and Post support
  • Custom integrations with Customer’s code and infrastructure
  • Creation of Tutorial, technical documentation, and sample materials
  • Operations of Customer solutions
  • Reflect Customers needs back into Cognata

 

Qualifications

  • 5 years of management experience of Customer Success, Pre-Sales or Post-Sales groups
  • Engineering Degree or equivalent
  • Coding experience of a minimum of 5 years
  • Strong experience with Python, C++
  • Excellent English level MUST
  • Demonstrable ability of problem troubleshooting
  • Highly independent and self-motivated
  • Presentation skills
